With the growing health concerns, we would like to assure you that Avalon’s services, delivery and support are all fully operational. We are delivering all orders normally via DPD courier services. To minimise contact, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection.  
 
Fast, Free Shipping  
 
Avalon offers fast and free shipping on all orders and to anywhere within the UK. All our products are in stock and sent out directly to your designated address via a courier. Once you’ve placed an order online, it is dispatched either on the same or on the following business day. Please note that weekend orders are sent out on the following Monday.  
 
Delivery Time  
 
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. The email will include tracking information and an estimated arrival date for your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam or junk email folder (Hotmail and Live users especially). You can also track your order by visiting the order tracking page. Our estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 working days within the UK.  
 
Pickup Service  
 
Avalon does not currently offer a pickup service, sorry. All orders are sent out directly from our warehouse. Delivery is fast and free, UK wide.

All items sold on the Avalon Binoculars website are covered by a 90 days money back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, for any reason, simply send the item back to us in its original packaging within 90 days of its delivery.

Any item purchased on the Avalon Binoculars website also includes a lifetime VIP warranty. This warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser only. For warranty claims simply contact us. All you need to provide is your order number and billing email used when purchasing the item.
