Once you’ve placed an order online, it is dispatched either on the same or on the following business day. Please note that weekend orders are sent out on the following Monday.  
 
Delivery Time  
 
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. The email will include tracking information and an estimated arrival date for your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam or junk email folder (Hotmail and Live users especially). You can also track your order by visiting the order tracking page. Our estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 working days within the UK.  
 
Pickup Service  
 
Avalon does not currently offer a pickup service, sorry. All orders are sent out directly from our warehouse. Delivery is fast and free, UK wide.
